I had to let you know how pleased I am with Buchtel Motors in Denver. Their staff was professional and very helpful with my truck problem. Their prices were very fair and the work that was done on my truck made it run like it was new. AAA is very lucky to have an auto service company like Buchtel. I will recommend them anytime. It's hard to find an auto repair shop that you can trust. They will always be our repair shop.

I wanted to personally thank you for going to bat for me and the work you did on my behalf on the transmission on my Defender 90. The truth is I can't thank you enough. The fact that you were able to locate the replacement parts and do all the necessary work for the price you did was appreciated more than you know. WE would to say a special thank you to Mike of Buchtel Motors. We were Hurricane Rita Evacuee's and had just lost our home to the storm and were on our way here to stay with relatives. Then our transmission went out on our van. We tried to get help from many different sources but there was no help from anyone. Mike helped us through a difficult situation with our van with help on labor costs, and help from Main Automotive Company and special pricing for us on the transmission. We were in a situation for limited resources and if Mike hadn't helped us with pricing and labor costs, we would not have been able to return home to rebuild our lives. Again, we would like to thank you and your employees for caring and helping.

Not all dealerships and repairs shops are the same...
Dear John,
In January, while you were servicing my daughter's car, she was using mine. Through no fault of her own, the car was involved in an accident. Due to the age of the car, the Insurance Company decided to total the car. (poor old frumpy, you did take care of the ole girl).
In now have a Ford Contour. I would still like to have you service the car as I have found from my personal experience that not all car dealers can be trusted. I remember when a Ford Dealership told that I needed a new air conditioning unit, and all I really needed was a new belt. Buchtel Motors was the establishment that made this discovery, thus saving me many dollars. So in the Fall, I will be calling you for an oil change and a checkup to see that all systems are working and ready for next winter.
I want to thank you for all the great care you have given my car and especially for the honesty you have shown me through the years. There were several times you could have "ripped me off" and I would have never known the difference. It's nice to have a service garage that you can trust.

Rick at Buchtel Motors is amazing and I thank him again for doing such an incredible fixing the brakes on my mustang. Mike, the service manager, was so cool explaining what happened and what needed to be fixed and he brought several other issues to my attention that I didn't even know about. Mechanics like this are rare and it shows that they both care about doing the best job they can in repairing cars. I will, without doubt be back for routine maintenance and major repairs should they arise. Again, thank you for excellent service.
